F*cK IT!!!!!

I am so freaking over the scale and this weightloss. I have been stuck in the 270's for months. I work my ass off, watch every freaking calorie that goes in my mouth and still NOTHING! Maybe I am destined to weigh 270-something. I have a personal trainer, exercise 5 days a week doing the C25K training AND eat 1,000 cals per day yet I am still in the 270's. I just want to SCREAM! Seriously! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I can't do this anymore. The mind fucking that the scale does is too much to handle. I am throwing in the towel. I hate the scale, I hate EVERYTHING today! F*CK IT!!!!!!!

  1. I'm so sorry, boy have I been there with the scale. I did not weigh for an entire month, my husband hid the scale from me. Maybe you should do that too, it forces you to see progress in other ways. Hang in there!

  3. it sounds like it it is time for some measurements. I bet your body has been changing with all of that exercise even if the scale has not How is your restriction? when the scale stops and the work is getting too hard it might be time for a wee fill.

good luck and I hope this passes soon!!

  4. Wow... what is going on?? Do you need a fill? Are you eating 1/3 of what you used to pre-band? If you need a fill get one, what else could it be :(

  6. Your body is changing and building muscle does stall the scales for a while... Taking measurements is the best way to see your progress. You are doing great, don't let this scale stall send you into a tail spin.

  8. Stupid scales. I hate them. Sigh.

Have you had one of those metabolic tests? Not that it is the end all, be all answer. But it would give you a good idea of how many calories you burn. I know that when I started using my Body Bugg, it helped me better see what I needed to do.

  9. The training and workouts that you're doing is great! Don't focus so much on the scale.. think about how much your fitness is improving. Think about all the things you can do now compared to the beginning of your journey. That's more rewarding to me than numbers on a scale!!
BTW, you have some adorable kiddos!!
