Bat (Wing) Woman!!!

I have some serious arm fat and need your advice. Is there anything that I can do to help tighten up all the loose skin? I went shopping yesterday and when I was trying on t-shirts my arms looked terrible! UGH!

Help Me!

  1. 3/4 length sleeves! I hate my arms, but I don't think there's much you can do about them other than cover up.

  2. Yea I'm with you. I know we can tone our arm muscles, but the skin is what it is I think. I self tan my arms and it helps a little.

  5. I was told to drink lots of water to help the skin bounce back. It takes a long time before you will see a difference, but between that and toning you ensure the best results. However, the best results might still be bad. Genetics and other stuff plays a pretty big role. Oh and I have heard of some people using lotion with a "firmer", but not sure if that works any or not.

  7. Kerri - I am just now getting to even look at blogs, so sorry for the delay! I'm so glad you posted because I had not found your blog yet! exciting to find people who are on somewhat similar timelines than me..

on this post, you have READ my arm..I have the WorST arm fat/skin ever..I actually have very short (disproportionately so) for my height, 5'9..i refer to myself as a TREX..I literally have ripples in my arm that i don't think will go away..I'm def going to have to try TJ's post! i try to avoid sleeveless but all the cute shirts are sleeveless..it is def though one of my biggest insecurities..i think after I lose weight and tone..i.e. way down the road, I will look into surgical options if they don't get better, but the scar is horrible...

on your fill, how is it? i got mine last week and have felt NOTHING. i think i am going to have to go back bc I feel like I have gained weight...i do think i have done mindless/emotional eating (glad you can relate..it is the worst) and I don't want to reverse what I have done..

ok, longest post ever, sorry..just wanted to post after so long! looking forward to following.

  8. I know know you mean, I am worried about that. they are the only part of the body that it can be hard to remember to work on - and get all the muscles there. but the best thing you can do is spend some time on them. i'm told skin acts like a muscle when you work out. who knows?

I enjoyed reading your post - it was entertaining. check out my blog!
