This is my journey from being obese to healthy and everything in between! I was banded on May 10th and this is my story!
Roughly speaking 3500 calories is a pound. So, if you have a calorie deficit of 1664 in one day...that is almost 1/2 pound. That is EXCELLENT! Theoretically, if you have 1000 calorie deficit per day, you would be on track to lose 2pounds per week.GREAT job!!

Depends on whether or not you're losing weight...I stick to a deficit of 1,100ish and that works for me. If I were closer to your deficit, my body would kick into starvation mode. Just watch the numbers over a period of time - one day of that might make the scale go down, but you may find it creep back up on you, too!
